RETURN POLICY

 

In order to return an item for a refund the customer must call and make a return request to obtain a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) from our Customer Service Department within the returns time frame period. Any returns without an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) will NOT be accepted otherwise and WILL BE REFUSED. The terms for returns and refunds are as follows:


1. Return requests for an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. Item being returned must be in the same unopened new and original and undamaged condition as received, we will refund 90% of purchase price amount paid (the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund). Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. All original packaging and documentation must be included with the return (spec sheets, installation guides and warranty information).

2. Return requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date that have been unpacked or opened that can not be returned in the original condition as was shipped in, is at the discretion of AC Wholesale Center whether we will be able accept the return for a refund. If the return request is approved, the item will be inspected upon receipt and we will refund an amount that is fair and equitable to both parties. All original documentation must be included (spec sheets, installation guides and warranty information).

3. Return requests made after 14 days from the original purchase date will be at the discretion of AC Wholesale Center to accept or deny the return. Installed item(s) CANNOT be returned for a refund and are only replaceable through warranty coverage.

4. Return requests made at anytime from the time of purchase due to an error in the equipment ordered, will be at the discretion of AC Wholesale Center to approve the return. There are no returns accepted on electrical components. Any Honeywell products, if found to be defective, require a Honeywell Case Number which will be confirmed prior to issuance of a Return Authorization Number. We highly recommend consulting with a local professional prior to placing any orders to make sure you are ordering the correct products.

5. ALL original shipping costs that have been charged or included as "free shipping" at the time of purchase, are never refunded upon any return requests that have been accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items to us with insurance coverage for any item(s) returned as well as any applicable restocking fees.

6. Credits will always be given in the same form as how item(s) were paid for with NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive the item(s) to receive your refund. Customer will be required to sign a Return/Refund Policy Statement prior to receiving any credits.
